1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to teepaak.com. This agreement governs the terms of use for our property management software platform and website. By registering or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Scope of Service & Platform Role

teepaak.com provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) management tools and online booking website generators for Property Owners / Hosts. All booking payment transactions are processed as 100% direct bank or PromptPay transfers between Guests and Hosts.

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must provide accurate property info, room details, pricing, availability, and policies.
Hosts are fully responsible for welcoming and hosting guests according to agreed booking rates.
Hosts must maintain the confidentiality of their admin portal credentials.
Hosts must comply with local laws and regulations regarding hotel/homestay operations.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

Misrepresentation, submitting false data, or fraudulent booking/payment activities.
Using the system for cyber offenses, transmitting malware, or hacking platform infrastructure.
Copying, modifying, or unauthorized use of teepaak.com software or trademarks.

5. Limitation of Liability

teepaak.com operates solely as a SaaS management technology provider and is not liable for direct disputes, damages, or cancellations occurring between Guests and Hosts. Our team will, however, assist in facilitating dispute resolutions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
