Frequently asked questions
How is the teepaak fee charged?
On the default plan it is a share of one night's room price, charged once per booking however many nights the guest stays. The current rate is in the pricing section of the home page.
How do guests know their booking is real?
Guests get a confirmation page and email as soon as their slip passes the check, and can look up their booking later with the phone number they booked with.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your booking page is created for you; if you already have a website, link its booking button to the page.
